Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on hot sauces. However, if your bottle arrives damaged or broken, please contact our support team within 48 hours with a photo for a replacement.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
